Getting Started

You tell me what’s bothering you, or what you’re trying to create but have stalled on, and I start identifying what’s maintaining it. Not what you think is causing it. What’s actually causing it. Once I find it, I clear it. Then we check what’s shifted.

The whole process is direct and focused. No long story required, no homework, no revisiting difficult experiences. You’ll notice the difference as we go.

No. Many people who find their way here have spent years in therapy, coaching, or various kinds of energy work. This picks up where those things left off, or goes to a level they couldn’t reach. But if this is the first thing you’ve tried, it works just as well. It stands on its own, and it supports everything else you might be doing alongside it.

Notice what your body is telling you, not what your mind is telling you. If something in you feels drawn to this, not convinced by it, not having reasoned your way to it, but drawn, that’s worth paying attention to.

That distinction between bodily knowing and mental analysis is actually central to how this work operates. The more you do this work, the stronger that inner signal becomes. But you have to start somewhere.

Decide what you’d like to work on. It can be a problem: physical pain, an emotional pattern, a relationship difficulty, grief, something that’s felt stuck for a long time. Or it can be something you want to create but haven’t been able to yet. Either direction works. One sentence is enough. You don’t need to have it perfectly articulated.

No. Whether you’re in therapy, working with a coach, doing energy healing, meditating, taking medication, or following any other approach, this sits alongside all of it without conflict. It works at a level that’s independent of whatever else is happening. Some people find it accelerates the results they’re getting from other things. Others use it as their primary approach. Both work.

How the Work Operates

No. And this is one of the things people find most striking about it. Long stories aren’t what’s creating the problem, so they don’t help find the solution. What this work does is identify what’s actually maintaining the issue, not what you think is causing it. It’s almost never what you think it is.

Not at all. You just need to be able to state it in a sentence or two, and even that doesn’t need to be precise. One client started his session by saying: “I’m not where I want to be with finances.” That was enough. The work identifies the specifics. You don’t have to.

Think of a river with boulders in it, disrupting the flow. Coaching often tells you how to navigate around the boulders. This work removes them.

Therapy typically works at the level of the conscious mind: talking through memories, processing what you can remember. But most of what’s maintaining your problems sits at the level of the sub- and non-conscious mind, well below what talking can reach.

Energy healing can get things moving, which is valuable. But getting the energy moving and identifying why it stopped are different things. This work operates at the level of causes, not symptoms.

All sessions are done by phone: a regular call if you’re in the UK, WhatsApp if you’re elsewhere. I don’t use video, and there are a few reasons for that. One is that phone offers an additional layer of privacy and anonymity, which matters to a lot of people, especially given that there’s no need to share your full history. Another is that the work doesn’t require visual contact. It works through the connection between us, not through observation.

It is, in a sense. And there’s no reason to shy away from that word. But it’s worth reframing what telepathy actually means.

You send text messages, video calls, and images across the world every day without giving a second thought to how it works at a technical level. At its core, what’s happening is electrons communicating with electrons across space, where distance is irrelevant and the transmission is effectively instantaneous. This work operates on the same principle. The mechanics differ, but the fact of communication across distance is the same.

Rupert Sheldrake, biologist, researcher, and author of Morphic Resonance, has spent decades studying exactly this kind of phenomenon: how information, intention, and connection move across space without physical contact. His research points toward something that most of us already experience but haven’t had a framework for. This is that framework, applied practically.

There’s no distance to cross in this work. The connection is already there.

Results & Expectations

The work itself is immediate. Each clearing happens in the moment it’s applied. What that question usually means, though, is: how quickly will I notice results?

I expect you to notice a shift within the 15 minutes of the free session. By the end of any subsequent session, something will have changed. You’ll feel the difference between where you started and where you finish.

That said, one session won’t necessarily resolve everything. Some problems clear quickly, sometimes surprisingly so. Others are more layered and resolve over time. How quickly someone lets go of something isn’t a conscious choice; it depends on how much is maintaining the problem and how ready the system is to release it. What I can tell you is that something shifts every time.

There’s no honest way to give you a number. What I can tell you is that I’ll clear as much as possible in every session, and you’ll notice the difference each time. How many sessions depends on how much is maintaining the problem, how deep it goes, and how quickly your system lets go of it. Some people resolve things in one session. Others work with me over a longer period. Both are valid.

That reaction, the sense that nothing has changed, is itself something that can be worked on. When it happens, I treat it as its own problem, identify what’s creating that perception, and clear it. At that point, most people immediately notice what had shifted all along. The work already happened. The perception of it just needed clearing too.

No. And I’d be cautious of anyone in this field who does. What I’m confident of is that something will shift in every session, and that you’ll notice the difference. What I can’t control is how that shift is perceived or interpreted, or whether someone’s expectations are calibrated to the “miraculous” end of what this work can do. That end is real. I’ve seen it and experienced it myself. But it’s not every session, and presenting it as the baseline wouldn’t be honest.

Practicalities

The free session is 15 minutes. A Focused Session runs up to 25 minutes, a Deep Session up to 50. The reason I say “up to” is that sessions end when the work is done, not when the clock runs out. Any unused time is banked and carries forward.

A Focused Session (25 minutes) is enough time to work through one problem thoroughly, sometimes two or three if things move quickly. A Deep Session (50 minutes) gives us more room: to cover the presenting issue and whatever else is underneath it, which is often more than people expect.

For new clients, the Deep Session is the better starting point. There’s usually more going on than the one thing you’ve come with, and the extra time means we can get to it.

Sessions end when enough has been cleared for that day, not at a fixed time. If you’ve booked a Deep Session and we’ve resolved everything that’s ready to be resolved in 35 minutes, we stop there. The remaining 15 minutes are banked and can be used for a follow-up, or added to your next session. You don’t lose what you’ve paid for.

You can book a Focused Session or a Deep Session directly from those pages. If you’re new, the free 15-minute session is the place to start. You can book that here.

The Method Itself

The Yuen Method is a system for identifying and clearing the specific weaknesses, physical, mental, emotional, or at deeper levels, that are maintaining a problem. It was developed by Dr. Kam Yuen and is built on the principle that every persistent problem has something underneath it keeping it in place. The skill is finding that thing, wherever it exists, and removing it.

It doesn’t require you to understand why the problem exists, or to relive what caused it. Results happen at the level of your Physical Intelligence, the body’s own internal system, rather than at the level of the conscious mind.

Dr. Kam Yuen is a Chinese-American chiropractor, structural engineer, and martial artist and seventh-degree grandmaster of Shaolin Kung Fu, who spent decades developing this method through direct observation of what was actually happening in his clients, and what was actually causing their problems to persist or resolve.

His engineering background gave him a systems-level approach to problem-solving: find the root cause, not just the symptom. His martial arts training gave him a deep understanding of the body’s energy system and the principles of Chinese medicine and philosophy. His clinical work gave him tens of thousands of hours of direct evidence.

The result is a method that is precise, replicable, and teachable. Grounded in ancient understanding but applied with the rigour of someone who was trained to find what actually works.

It depends what you mean by science.

If you mean double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials: no, there aren’t any. That kind of research requires funding, institutional interest, and a model of mechanism that conventional science hasn’t yet caught up with.

If you mean: is this replicable, consistent, and teachable? Then yes. Dr. Yuen developed this work with a scientific mindset. He called it “the science of immediate results” and approached every client the same way. The same method. The same logic. The same process of identifying what’s actually weak and clearing it. Anyone trained in it can apply it. The results are there to be observed.

Researchers like Rupert Sheldrake are building the theoretical framework that helps explain why this kind of work is possible: why connection and communication across distance are real phenomena, not anomalies. That research is ongoing. But the results don’t wait for the theory to catch up.
