What This Is

This isn’t a Q&A session or an introductory chat. It’s a short, direct experience of the work itself.

You bring something specific — something that’s been showing up, something you’re trying to shift, something you’re working on building. We work on it. You notice what happens.

Fifteen minutes is enough to get a real sense of what this is and how it works. No amount of reading quite replaces that.

It doesn’t have to be a crisis. It doesn’t have to be something you can explain clearly. A feeling, a pattern, a recurring situation, something you’re trying to build that keeps stalling — any of these works as a starting point.
