There Are a Few Ways
We Can Work Together.
Here’s How to Choose.
If you’re new here, this page will help you find the right starting point.
One-to-One Sessions
Individual sessions are the core of what I do. Where to start depends on where you are.

Start With a Free Session
If you haven’t experienced this work before, the free 15-minute session is the right place to begin. You bring something specific — a physical symptom, an emotional pattern, something that’s felt stuck — and we work on it directly.
Reading about this gives you a logical sense of what it is. The session gives you something different: a direct, experiential sense of how it actually works. Those two things aren’t always the same — and for some people, they’re surprisingly different.
One session won’t tell you everything. Some things shift quickly and don’t come back. Others take consistent, methodical work over time. The free session helps you find out which you’re dealing with, and whether this is the right approach for it.

Individual Sessions
Once you know you want to work together, there are currently two session lengths. Most people start with a Deep Session — there’s usually more going on than the presenting issue, and the extra time means we can cover what’s actually there. People often leave having resolved things they hadn’t even mentioned at the start.
The Focused Session is best for targeted work once we’ve established some ground.
Deep Session (£90, 50 min) — the recommended starting point. Room to cover what’s actually there, not just what’s presenting. Focused Session (£45, 25 min) — targeted work on a specific issue. Best once we’ve established some ground together.
The free session is the right first step before committing to either. It lets you experience the work directly and gives us both a sense of where to begin. If you’ve already had a free session and you’re ready to go, head to the Client Area to purchase and book.
Other Ways to Work Together
Two further options are in development. Both bring something the one-to-one format doesn’t.

Group Calls
There’s something in working within a group that a one-to-one session doesn’t replicate. The collective field adds a dimension. Each call focuses on a specific subject — finances, relationships, physical symptoms, performance — so you know what you’re coming for.
They’re also a more accessible way to experience the work regularly.

Trainings
For people who’ve experienced what this work can do and want to develop the skills to use it themselves — with their own clients, their own families, or simply to go further and faster with their own clearing.
More detail will be here when trainings open. If you’d like to be among the first to know, get in touch.

The Yuen Method page explains how this work operates and what it addresses. The FAQ covers the most common questions. If something isn’t answered there, get in touch.
If you’ve read enough and something resonates, the free session is always the right first step.
