Focused Session
Targeted work on something specific. Best suited to clients who’ve already established some ground together, or when there’s one clear thing to address.
What to Expect
A Focused Session is direct and purposeful. You bring one specific thing — a physical symptom, an emotion, a pattern that keeps recurring — and we work on that directly. Twenty-five minutes is enough time to shift something meaningful when the work is targeted.
It works best once we know the terrain. If this is your first session, the Deep Session gives us more room and is the better starting point for most people.
- Best for targeted work on a specific issue
- No preparation needed — bring what’s most present
- Ideal for follow-up sessions once you know how the work feels
- Good for using banked minutes or topping up between longer sessions
Not sure which session to choose? If you’re new, or if there’s more than one thing you’d like to address, the Deep Session is the better fit. It gives us room to cover what’s actually there, not just what’s on the surface.
A Note on Banked Minutes
Sessions end when enough has been cleared, not when the clock runs out. Any unused time is banked and carries forward. You never lose what you’ve paid for.
Already have minutes banked? If you have 25 or more minutes banked, skip the purchase step and go straight to booking your slot below.
Have some minutes banked but want more time? Purchase below to top up. If your banked minutes plus this purchase add up to more than 25 minutes total, book a Deep Session slot instead. The total time is what matters.
